The reality TV mom made a hilarious appearance in a taped segment on The Jay Leno Show Wednesday night in which she parodied herself as she's chased by paparazzi.
The gag? Kate, mom to eight, thinks the paps are her kids! At one point, she uses her spit to wipe one of the pap's faces and she puts another one into time out.
