Jon Gosselin seems to be totally enjoying the good life in LaLa Land. Friday afternoon he and a friend hit up a trendy Beverly Hills eatery for lunch.  And before you could say "Dodger dog," the guys were in some of the best seats in the house to watch the Los Angeles Dodgers take on the Colorado Rockies.

We don't know if it was Jon's influence but the Dodgers lost 4 -3 which was good news for Gosselin's home team, the Philadelphia Phillies in the playoff standings.

Back home in PA, Kate Gosselin took her twins to see Taylor Swift in concert.

The couple's divorce has become increasingly heated and their TLC show has been at least temporarily shut down, but as RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, the Gosselins have come to terms on a temporary custody agreement.

TLC had announced it was renaming Jon & Kate Plus 8 to just Kate Plus 8, with Jon only occasionally appearing on the all-too-real show.

One reason for the transition: viewership for the show has dipped to a mere 1.3 million, down from 10 million for the season-opener.

Jon had his lawyers tell the cable net to get lost - he was no longer allowing his kids or his home to be filmed for the show.

Kate's legal reps have already fired back claiming Jon has no right to shut down production.
