Backstage at Monday's episode of DWTS, Tina reminded a few of this season's hopefuls some friendly advice she gave -- and they took.

Mya and her partner, Dmitry Chaplin, dubbed the catchy “Team D-Mya” by Malave earlier this season, mysteriously emerged with shirts bearing the nickname in their practice vignettes.
"We can give you one," Mya joked.
Louie Vito and Chelsie Hightower also might have picked up a thing or two off our radar, especially the passionate kiss they shared at the end of their Jitterbug -- a suggestion made by Malave weeks earlier.
"It really went with the character," Hightower said, before slowly reenacting the embrace for our cameras.
Dancing With The Stars airs Monday at 8/7c and Tuesday at 9/8c on ABC.
