Michael Lohan says TLC is taking advantage of his good friend Jon Gosselin.

In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, Lohan calls TLC's statement (which calls Jon opportunistic and self-destructive) "hypocritical nonsense."

"If anyone's opportunistic, it's TLC!" Lohan told RadarOnline.com. "Here they are, trying to cut him out of the show but they want him kept under wraps so he can't move forward and do something on his own."
