In an exclusive interview Kate Gosselin's lawyer, Mark Momjian tells RadarOnline.com that they believe Jon Gosselin is earning money from sources other than his hit TLC program, Jon & Kate Plus 8.
And Kate intends to go after a share of it, after Jon allegedly raided the couple's joint bank account of $230,000, and left Kate with no money to support her children and pay the bills.
Kate's lawyer filed a request for spousal support Monday, on the same day the injunctive relief petition was filed. The figure Kate is seeking is to be determined.
As Momjian explains, "In the state of Pennsylvania, you don't make a request like that for a specific amount of money. It's a pro forma application, basically providing standard intake data, there's no accompanying financial information when it's filed.
