Anna Nicole Smith Drug Case To Go To Trial

A judge ruled Friday that Howard K Stern, Dr. Sandeep Kapoor and Dr Khristine Eroshevich will stand trial for felony drugs charges relating to Anna Nicole Smith's death.
The three are accused of providing prescription drugs illegally to the late model, who died February 2007 at age 39.
Howard K Stern Arraigned On 11 Felony Counts
The judge's decision was made following a three week preliminary hearing.
