Patridge received a temporary restraining order against Loring last week, saying she had spotted him lingering on her property more than once. She said that one time, he gave her a picture of a woman being strangled. On another occasion Patridge said Loring knocked on her door, handed her a beer from "his family's brewery in Napa Valley" and told her to drink it (she passed and closed the door).

Audrina has quite the arm!

Loring is held with no bail and will face a judge Friday to address the charges. He will return to court on September 30 regarding his dealings with the reality TV beauty.
