Nadya Suleman enjoyed the Labor Day holiday by taking some of her older kids and their friends to the beach.  They built sand castles and played on a swing set at one of SoCal's most popular destinations, San Clemente State Beach.

The mom of fourteen was able to relax just a little this weekend, thanks to a recent state appeals court ruling that over-turned a lower court's finding giving Child Protective Services the right investigate her parenting skills.

In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, she said she was "relieved" with the decision.

The scene at the beach seems to indicate that life for Nadya and her children has settled down some - as much as could be possible for a single mother of 14.  On Saturday, there was nothing resembling the chaos TV viewers saw on the Fox TV special, Octomom: The Incredible Unseen Footage.  It aired August 19 and was compiled largely from exclusive RadarOnline.com video.
