Even the President of the United States isn't safe from Twitter.

On Monday, ABC News reporter Terry Moran was tweeting about an off-the-record interview the President was conducting with news outlet CNBC.

"Pres. Obama just called Kanye West a 'jackass' for his outburst at VMAs when Taylor Swift won. Now THAT's presidential," Moran's tweet read.

Soon after posting, the Tweet was removed from Moran's page, as well as two others pertaining to more Official matters.

Website Politico obtained the following statement on behalf of Moran:

"In the process of reporting on remarks by President Obama that were made during a CNBC interview, ABC News employees prematurely tweeted a portion of those remarks that turned out to be from an off-the-record portion of the interview. This was done before our editorial process had been completed. That was wrong."

While we're glad that journalistic integrity lives on in 140 characters or less, at least we know where the President stands in the latest Kanye saga.
