EXCLUSIVE: Mel Gibson's Wife Leaves Country As Divorce Nearly Finalized

Mel Gibson's long-suffering wife Robyn has left the U.S. for a much-needed break as her divorce will be made official within days, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

Robyn took off for Fiji with Tommy, the youngest of her 7 children with Mad Mel, a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com.

And the timing for a getaway is perfect: Mel and Robyn's 29-year marriage will be officially dissolved within days, sources tell RadarOnline.com.

It's probably fortunate that Robyn left the country with their 10-year-old as Mel's pregnant girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva has taken a higher profile recently.

The Russian-born beauty, who also has a child by former James Bond actor, Timothy Dalton, now has Mel's money and clout behind her attempt to get recognition for her music career. Earlier this week CNN ran an extensive interview with her that heavily promoted her music.
