Wong Way To Cook: On Bravo.com
July 14 2009, Published 3:45 p.m. ET
Ever watch Bravo’s Top chef and suddenly crave whatever they’re making, even if it was made with sheep stomach and Eel tentacles?
They always make it look so salivatingly easy, don’t they? But whenever I’ve tried any of the recipes they NEVER work out the way they do in the Chef’s kitchen.
We’re not alone so Bravo came up with the brilliant “Wong Way to Cook”, hosted by Lee Ann Wong, one of the last four contestants on the first season of Bravo's reality show, Top Chef.
By following her simple, short videos which clearly demonstrate how to make any recipe, you can make any of the winning recipes.
For example, there‘s Hosea's Sashimi Trio with avocado, fennel, and kumquat preserves. Scintillating easy, after watching the demo video.
Next up, we’re going to try Carla's Shrimp and Andouille Beignets
