Okay, if you need a true guilty pleasure to escape with after a long day at work—then you really need to start watching TLC’s I Didn’t Know I Was Pregnant. Seriously. It’s true stories of seemingly intelligent women who had absolutely no idea they were with child until either they go into labor or a kid just randomly pops out. Tonight, a woman thinks her cramps are the side effects of work stress. Well, imagine her surprise when she arrives at the hospital to find out that, whoops, she’s actually in labor!

Wait, need more TV to just zone out to? Well, there are two new episodes of King of the Crown and an all-new episode of Toddlers and Tiaras. On episode one of King of the Crown, a 12-year-old pageant hopeful finds out that her mom is being deployed to Iraq. So, Cy recruits her step-dad to take over as pageant mom!
