VH1 holds its 6th annual Hip Hop Honors tonight (hosted by 30 Rock’s Tracy Morgan) with the event celebrating the 25th anniversary of Def Jam Records. Performers are a “whose who” of the best and brightest in hip hop including Eminem, The Roots, Mary J Blige, Ludacris and Ja Rule—just to name a few highlights!
The Good Wife is the little show that everyone is quietly buzzing about so check it out if you haven’t done so already. Julianna Marguiles plays Alicia, the wife of a corrupt state attorney whose busted and sent to jail (played by Mr. Big himself—Chris Noth) so she has no choice but to go back to work as a defense attorney. Tonight, her husband’s legal team puts together evidence for his appeal.
Oh and you know what? Melrose Place has turned out to be such a great guilty pleasure—sorta like the original was all over again! Tonight, that crazy Violet (played by Ashlee Simpson-Wentz) fakes an illness just to have an excuse to meet with the one and only Dr. Michael Mancini. We can’t wait to find out if Sydney really is (well was—may she RIP) her mother!
