There’s lots of great ways to indulge in some guilty pleasure TV viewing. For starters, the US figure skating championships airs on NBC. With the Winter Olympics just under a month away, this is a great way to get the excitement for Team USA going. Top entrants are expected to include defending champ Alissa Czisny, Sasha Cohen and Rachael Flatt.
Now, if you want a taste of the behind the scenes drama of the ice skating world, then check out the made-for-TV movie Ice Dreams on Hallmark. It stars Jessica Cauffiel as a former Olympian who left her career after a tragic accident but her passion is relit when she starts training a new, up and coming skater.
And, Lifetime airs their latest original movie The Pregnancy Pact. Thora Birch stars as a young journalist investigating an outbreak of pregnancies at her school amid rumors that the girls all made a pact to get preggers. Camryn Manheim stars as the school nurse fighting the school board to earn the right to hand out contraception.
