With July in full-swing, the question is which starlets are ready to dress up like  a mid-summer night's dream?

Jessica Simpson wore a patriotic navy-and-red striped curve-clinging Michael Kors tank dress to sing the national anthem at a golf tournament in Maryland-- our only issue being horizontal stripes.

Opting for a more edgy, Boho-chic style, Transformers beauty Isabel Lucas donned a vintage-inspired ensemble for a stroll with her family in West Hollywood, complete with a belt and hat. In Malibu, Tori Spelling wore Nicole Richie-esque oversized shades and a black halter smock dress.

Heating up the July night, Rihanna went more tame than usual, but was still oozing fashion fabulosity in a little black dress with popping red nail polish that matched her Louboutin pumps perfectly.
