We all remember where we were when we first heard Michael Jackson had died. Even Octo-Mom Nadya Suleman.
In a brand new interview, exclusively for RadarOnline, Suleman talks about the shocking death of the King Of Pop, and she addresses a story in the UK Daily Mirror that Jackson approached her former publicist, saying he wanted to adopt her 8 babies.
First, referring to Jackson’s death, Nadya says: “I thought it was a joke. I thought it was a total joke. I was with a friend and the kids in the car and some lady came up to me on the side of the car and she said to me ‘Is it true Michael Jackson died?’ I looked behind me. I didn’t know who she was talking to and I didn’t understand why she’d ask me that. And I said ‘I don’t know. That couldn’t be true. That’s impossible.’ You think he’s impervious to something like that cause he seems immortal. It’s kind of an awakening, I think, for all of us.”
Suleman – mom to 14 children -- also worries about Jackson’s three kids. “You think of the kids, his kids. That’s even more sad. What will happen?”
Regarding the story that Jackson wanted to adopt her octuplets, Nadya says: “That’s funny. That’s a rumor.”
On a lighter note, Nadya says ,as a child, she used to sing Jackson’s songs on the bus on the way home from school. Said Nadya: “I loved his music. I grew up with his music.”
She tells us that when she was in first grade, she was one of the best “moonwalkers” in her school.
Of course, we had to ask her to show us her moves – but will she do it?
