Jill Zarin is giving up her NYC pad.

In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, Zarin revealed she is selling her Upper East Side apartment because she just plain "outgrew" the unit she shares with husband Bobby and daughter Allyson.

"I figured it was a good time to sell," Zarin said. "I've been here since 2001 and I've just outgrown it. I want to have the Jewish holidays at my home and I can't because I don't have a dining room."

Zarin, who famously re-modeled her chic Manhattan apartment on last season's The Real Housewives of New York City, isn't letting the money she spent stop her-even if her hubby isn't 100 percent on board.

"Bobby does not agree, by the way," she laugh. "And I have to tell you, I went out apartment hunting today and I'm starting to think I made a mistake...but then I think I still need one more bedroom, so I gotta do it."

Zarin's 1956 sq, ft., three bedroom, three-and-a-half bath unit is currently listed for a mere $3.2 million.
