Nadya Suleman returned home Friday night with her two-year-old Caleb, after a trip to the emergency room, and told RadarOnline.com exclusively that "He'll be perfectly fine."
Nadya explained that the toddler "ingested an unknown substance," and that she called 911 because she wanted to be safe.
The Octo-Mom said that Caleb is "perfect," and that he will not need medicine or a return visit to the hospital.
Enterting her home Friday night, Suleman carried Caleb into the house and met with two hospital social service workers for about 15 minutes. They left the home after brief interviews with Suleman and her nannies, and took no action.
At 4:36 PT Friday paramedics were called to the Octo-Mom's house and transported Caleb to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in Fullerton, Ca. as a precautionary measure, releasing him at 10:45 p.m.
