VIDEO: Speidi Trainwreck Continues In Costa Rican Jungle

Spencer Pratt and wife Heidi Montag left the Costa Rican jungle on Monday's edition of NBC's I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here -- again.
Pratt said Montag's recent hospitalization led to the decision. Montag said that her detainment in the Lost Chamber (a stunt that involves a room full of spiders and other insects) caused her to vomit "at least 15 times," which led to an ambulance taking her to the hospital. There, she was fitted with an IV, while Pratt dutifully stood by her side.
"I love you so much, baby," Pratt said. "Jesus loves you more than anyone, baby."
Pratt told cameras that his wife's recent sickness has left the pair no choice but to bow out.
"We gave it our all that we can, but now it's about health," Pratt said. "Doctors are going to be with her the next three days and it's just, you know, we went back in and we proved to ourselves that it wasn't about us. It was a life-changing experience."

Their castmates, citing the couple's recent tricks and swerves, were skeptical. "It's another act," Janice Dickinson said. "Everything they do is calculated. It's another act."
At the end of the episode, after a doctor confirmed Montag's condition was stabilized, castmate Lou Diamond Phillips said they would not be returning.
"They will not be coming back to camp," he said. "They are no longer a part of this competition. They are gone."
Heidi's sister, Holly, was expected to take her place on the show.
Frances Callier, half of the comedic duo Frangela, also opted to leave the show after her partner Angela V. Shelton was voted off last week, claiming "You just can't break up Abbott and Costello."
