Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag, completing a whirlwind of media appearances Monday night, expressed their dismay with weatherman Al Roker's verbal assault during an earlier appearance on the Today Show.

Appearing on Larry King Live, Pratt said: "My heart was pounding and ... an elderly man who thinks he can parade my 22-year-old wife on television, it was a very difficult situation, but, you know, we're keeping it moving, we forgive him and, you know, it was early in the morning. Maybe he was upset that he had to report some bad weather coming up later this week."

Montag, who earlier on The View, told Barbara Walters she was a modern-day Mother Teresa, seemed equally dismayed by the chilly reaction she got from the Today Show regular.

"I didn't appreciate his tone," she said. "And his, you know, mean spiritedness toward me when I was trying to go on and talk about  I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here.  You know? And my experience on it. And I felt like he was attacking me and I just didn't appreciate the way he was talking to me."
