June 29 2009, Published 9:31 a.m. ET
Jon and Kate Gosselin have jointly decided to put a sock in it. The divorcing duo issued a statement via TLC saying, “During this very difficult time we will be working to focus solely on the needs of our family. This includes no longer commenting publicly or reacting to media stories and speculation.”
Kate Gosselin filed for divorce from her husband of 10 years on June 22, and since then they’ve each made unflattering statements about the other. That will end, at least for now.
