EXCLUSIVE: Ryan Seacrest Courting Lindsay Lohan For TV Pilot

While the scenario of squeaky clean Ryan Seacrest partying into the wee hours with starlet Lindsay Lohan is troubling--it may just save lives.

RadarOnlne.com has learned that the American Idol host and aspiring TV mogul is hoping to tap Lohan to participate in a new series under his Ryan Seacrest Productions.

The premise will involve celebrities helping people in need.

A source close to the situation says, "Ryan thinks Lindsay would be a great way to start the series, and Lindsay thinks it will help rehabilitate her image."

The source adds Lohan is "very interested."

As was the world Friday morning, when pictures and accounts of she and Seacrest's wild Thursday night surfaced.

The odd couple kicked off their evening at Chateau Marmont for dinner, followed by nightspot h.wood, then a stint at Lohan's Hollywood Hills home before the pair finished the evening Seacrest's pad--around 6 a.m.

Also, late on Friday the actress took to her official Twitter late Friday to announce, "Working on a really great project for television- I am excited! Something meaningful like Extreme Home Makeover on ABC."
