A preliminary hearing for the man accused of murdering 21-year-old Atlanta-based rapper, Dolla, has  been continued until July 13, has learned.

On Wednesday morning, Dolla’s mother, Dawnee Robinson Veira, looked visibly shaken and wiped away tears as her son’s accused killer, Aubrey Berry, 23, appeared in an LA courtroom wearing an orange jumpsuit.

On April 16, Berry allegedly gunned down Roderick Burton II, a.k.a Dolla, at the upscale Beverly Center shopping center in Los Angeles.
