Jay Faires -- the estranged husband of television personality Debbie Matenopoulos -- has been ordered to pay her $3,595 per month in spousal support, according to court documents exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com.

The documents state that the payments will continue until either party dies, Matenopoulos remarrries, or the court takes further action.

Matenopoulos currently lives in the couple's home and is responsible for paying all expenses relating to the home, including the mortgage payments according to the papers.

The couple were married for less than five years when Jay --a record exec --filed for divorce in November 2008. Matenpoulos, famous for her ditzy days on The View, and host of the Daily 10 on E! is now engaged in a 'War of the Roses' type battle with her ex.

Earlier, RadarOnline.com reported that Faires claimed  in court documents that Debbie makes $225k a year from her gigs at E!, and Jay makes $450k a year as president of music and publishing at Lions Gate Entertainment.

The couple has no children.

Another hearing is scheduled in their divorce battle in December.
