Selling her house hasn't been easy for Denise Richards. The It's Complicated star has been trying to unload her Hidden Hills, CA mansion for nearly a year. The starting price for the estate which was regularly seen on her E! reality series was $4,250,000. It later dropped to $3,999,999. Now it can be yours for only $3.8 million, her rep tells RadarOnline. Denise and her daughters by ex-husband Charlie Sheen, Sam 5, and Lola who turns 4 on June 1, recently moved to a new home "closer to the beach," the rep says. The second season of It's Complicated premieres on E! June 7, and will run for nine episodes. Before the show's first season, Sam and Lola's participation was the subject of a nasty court battle between her divorced parents. But all that's behind them, reps for both sides say. Denise and Charlie amicably agreed that the girls could appear occasionally during the new season.
