Anna Nicole Smith's attorney /confidante and a pair of her doctors will hear the charges levied against them Wednesday morning in a Los Angeles court.

Howard K. Stern, Khristine Eroshevich and Sandeep Kapoor are accused of conspiring to furnish drugs to an addict, along with other counts in connection with the TV personality's fatal 2007 overdose at the Hard Rock Hotel in South Florida.

California Attorney General Jerry Brown says the three allegedly gave her "opiates, benzodiazepines, and other controlled and non-controlled substances."

Brown also accused the doctors of falsifying prescriptions and Stern of "obtaining, delivering and administering these prescription drugs."

RadarOnline.com has been on the forefront covering this story. In March, RadarOnline.com posted exclusive bombshell photos of Eroshevich snorting a white powder.

All three turned themselves into custody this past March in connection with the charges. They're all free on bail.
