Redmond O'Neal could receive as much as a three-year sentence for violating his probation, when he faces a Los Angeles judge today, in connection with a drug test he failed while in a rehab facility.
The red-headed child of cancer-stricken Farrah Fawcett and Ryan O'Neal was arrested at a jail in Castaic, California on April 5th after police said he tried to bring heroin onto the jail ground; he has been held without bail since his latest bust.
