Robert Michael O'Ryan, the Florida man arrested on trespassing charges after trying to jump a fence onto the Dancing With The Stars set to meet contestant Shawn Johnson, was slapped with another arm of justice on Tuesday. The Los Angeles Superior Court extended the temporary restraining order against him for another three years.

O'Ryan was originally taken into custody on suspicion of carrying a loaded firearm in public, after he allegedly attempted to jump a fence onto the CBS Studios lot to meet the Olympian gymnast. When searching O'Ryan's vehicle, police said they found a loaded handgun and shotgun, as well as duct tape and love letters. CBS security guards reported they found an expired concealed weapons permit in the vehicle.

Last month, Johnson's mother Teri said in a sworn statement that officials told her O'Ryan believes he was meant to have a child with her daughter, Shawn. The statement claimed the Olympian is in fear of her life because of O'Ryan's actions.
