Smokey Robinson To Mentor Idol Top 10

Tonight American Idol goes Motown.
The top ten finalists will be singing classic tunes from Detriot's Motown era.
The show will even go on the road to the Motor City, where the legendary Smokey Robinson will mentor the aspiring chart-toppers.

Early favorites, based on experience with the genre, to cruise through this week's R&B fun house with flying colors include singers Anoop Desai, Lil Rounds and Danny Gokey. And it's anyone's guess as to how spitfire Adam Lambert will tackle rhythm and blues, but we're sure it will be entertaining nonetheless.
