Michael Sarver: No Idle “American Idol”
March 27 2009, Published 3:25 p.m. ET
It appears eliminated American Idol contestant, Michael Sarver, will not be heading back to work on the oil rigs in Texas.
Sarver told Ryan Seacrest, on his KIIS radio program this morning, he’s heading back home to begin work on an album of his own music.
The singer wouldn’t have had much time for rigging right now anyway. Being in the top 10 means he’ll hit the road for the American Idol tour after the show’s finale.
The remaining nine contestants perform again next week. Then, on Wednesday’s results show, Lady Gaga and last season Idol winner, David Cook, perform.
