She may have muscles of steel but Olympic medalist and Dancing with the Stars star Shawn Johnson is fighting back against an alleged stalker.

In papers filed on March 25 with the Los Angeles Superior Court, Johnson's mother Teri Johnson charges Robert O' Ryan of "civil harassment" and "stalking." A temporary restraining order was granted.

In a CBS incident report dated March 23, security officers were told an unknown white male had jumped over the fence of the studio (the ABC show is shot on a CBS sound stage in West Hollywood).

When O'Ryan was questioned, he claimed he was there to meet Johnson and admitted to having jumped the fence. When Johnson's camp denied the claim, O'Ryan then said he was there to meet other DWTS contestant Steve-O, who also had not heard of him.

When searched, O'Ryan was carrying an expired concealed weapon license and revealed he had a Colt 45 gun in his vehicle.

"He advised us that he was a fan and that he wanted to meet her, Mr. O'Ryan seemed obsessed by Ms.Johnson," said officers on the scene.
