Another woman has come forward to accuse Harvey Weinstein of rape, RadarOnline.com has learned.

The actress – who wishes to remain unnamed – is suing the producer, as well as his company, for sexual battery, gender violence, battery, assault, negligence, negligent supervision and injunctive relief. In the lawsuit, she claimed that Weinstein masturbated in front of her, against her will in 2015, and raped her one year later.

According to the court papers obtained by E! and various other publications, the victim – who is listed as Jane Doe in the lawsuit – stated that she met Weinstein in 2011 and kept in touch with him for various months after he offered to help boost her career. In 2015, she met him at the Montage Hotel in Beverly Hills to discuss a part in a TV show called Marco Polo, as well as several other projects she wished to be a part of.

During the meeting, the producer reportedly asked the actress if he could masturbate in front of her. She said "no" and he allegedly did so anyways. According to the papers, Weinstein said he would not touch her, but just wanted her to watch him pleasure himself. He then grasped her wrist with one hand and masturbated with the other until completion.

In 2016, one year after the incident, Weinstein called the actress again, claiming she had gotten the part in the show and she should meet him at the same hotel to discuss it. As soon as she stepped into his bedroom, the papers state, Weinstein "forcefully threw" her onto the bed, "pulled down her jeans and started to orally copulate her." She told him to "stop" but he continued to force himself on her.

"Weinstein then used his massive weight and strength to force himself on her, pushing his penis inside of her vagina without a condom. After he withdrew, he gripped her with one hand while using his other hand to masturbate. Jane Doe finally broke free from his grasp and immediately left the bedroom and suite," read the papers.

The unnamed actress also stated in the suit that after finally escaping the scene, she did not end up getting a part in Netflix's Marco Polo.

As Radar previously reported, actresses Paz de la Huerta, Rose McGowan, Asia Argento, Lucia Evans and another unnamed victim also accused Weinstein of rape. A myriad of other women also accused him of sexual harassment and misconduct.

While the sleazy Hollywood icon "unequivocally denied" all allegations of "non-consensual sex," the women's explosive claims were enough to send him straight to rehab. He has since been fired from The Weinstein Company, expelled from the Television Academy, dumped by his wife and is currently getting treatment for his alleged sex addiction.
