Venus Williams Refuses To Hand Over Phone Records In Wrongful Death Lawsuit

Venus Williams wants to keep her phone records to herself, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal!

The tennis pro, 37, told the West Palm Beach Circuit Court that she “objects” to handing over her T-Mobile records, despite the deceased’s daughter request for them.

Jerome Barson’s daughter also asked Williams to fork over her medical records for the case.

Williams previously asked for a protective order to prohibit Audrey Gassner-Dunayer from getting her car’s data without her lawyers and experts at the scene. A judge ruled in her favor at the time.

Dunayer filed the suit against Williams on June 29, just seven days after her father’s death.

Williams slammed into Linda and Jerome’s car on June 9 — and police reports indicated she was “at fault” for the wreck. But, RadarOnline.com obtained surveillance footage of the crash that could suggest otherwise.

She broke down in Wimbledon following the suit and her humiliating defeat.
