A few weeks ago, LaBeouf was also spotted urinating in the ocean on Tybee Island in Georgia while filming the flick.

This is not the first time the Transformers star has been on the wrong side of the law.

Just a few months ago, he was arrested in New York at his own art exhibit after he shoved a man at the anti-President Trump "He Will Not Divide Us" display at the Museum of the Moving Image.

LaBeouf was also arrested in 2014 outside a New York City cabaret for "drunken behavior."
