Sherri Shepherd makes a last ditch effort to overturn her court-ordered child support for unwanted surrogate-born son with ex-husband Lamar Sally.

The View star's attorney returned to Pennsylvania this week in an attempt to relieve Shepherd of child support payments and even remove her name from the baby's birth certificate.

While court deliberation is still in progress, one judge reportedly told Shepherd's attorney: "If you continue this course of action you may end up going to the Supreme Court."

Meanwhile, the former couple's surrogate, Jessica Bartholomew, is waging war on the TV personality, claiming: "I wanted to help Shepherd because she couldn't have a child of her own, and it was supposed to be a beautiful thing — but it turned out to be a nightmare."

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, despite her protests that she does not want another child, Shepherd has been declared the legal mother of the child. She has since been ordered by a Pennsylvania court to pay Sally $4,100 per month in child support.
