Prince's Ex-Fiancée Bashes Justin Timberlake For 'Demonic' & 'Weird' Hologram

Prince's former fiancée and longtime musical collaborator, Sheila E., was not happy about Justin Timberlake's Super Bowl performance!
After the "Cry Me A River" singer took the stage to perform a touching tribute to the late icon, Sheila E. told E! that she totally disapproved!
"I just said no. I just felt that it was too soon," she confessed to the outlet after Timberlake's half time show.
She even added that she thought the holograms of Prince – which played in the background as Timberlake, 37, sang and played the piano – were dark and creepy!
"The hologram was weird," she said, "and Prince did tell me to make sure nobody ever does a hologram of me: 'If you're still here, make sure nobody does a hologram.' He thought it was very demonic and that's his spiritual beliefs."
Shockingly, one day before Timberlake sang at the Super Bowl, Sheila E. took to Twitter to assure fans that no hologram would be displayed on stage.
"Family, I spoke w/Justin 2nite and he shared heartfelt words of respect for Prince & the Purple fans. I look 4wrd 2 seeing what I'm sure is going 2 be a spectacular halftime show. There is no hologram," she wrote.
After the show, fans reacted to her comment, voicing their support for her beliefs and bashing the "Sexy Back' singer for his on-stage spectacle.
Comedian Sinbad also slammed Timberlake for the wild tribute. "Okay punka** Justin Timberlake. You was sic cool till you pulled that Prince bullshit. You dissed Prince on a track of yours and you dissed him onstage when you lowered the mic stand onstage when prince won an award. Later for ya a**," he tweeted.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Timberlake received much backlash over his Super Bowl performance. If the hate wasn't about the Prince tribute, it was about the fact that he sang the infamous Janet-Jackson-nip-slip song! The star couldn't catch a break!
