Sandra Lee will undergo another surgery Tuesday, less than four months after having a double mastectomy in her ongoing battle with breast cancer.

The celeb chef said in a Facebook post on Monday that she and her longtime love, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, "have decided that tomorrow I will go back into surgery."

Saying that "infection is an incredible monster," the Food Network personality stressed that she did her "very best to avoid this," including "modern, Eastern and holistic" treatments.

"I am a long way from where I was and a long way from where I need to be," the 49-year-old Semi-Homemade Cooking star said, "but at this point I understand that right now I just need to complete this unexpected phase of a tough journey."

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Lee returned to the hospital Aug. 5 following complications from the surgery, with her rep saying she was sent home on "heavy antibiotics."

In May, Lee told Good Morning America she was "stunned" in receiving the diagnosis initially, and decided to go for the double mastectomy after doctors told her she was "a ticking time bomb" health-wise. She said that receiving regular checkups helped her discover the life-threatening condition.
