Lawyering Up: Rob Kardashian & Blac Chyna's Custody Battle EXPLODES!
Rob Kardashian is lawyering up against baby mama Blac Chyna — whom he's accusing of partying too hard, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
"He's warned her to quit partying, but Chyna's ignored him completely," a source tells RadarOnline.com. "Now Rob is talking to a lawyer who specializes in tricky custody issues."
The insider says Kardashian, 30 is going to ask for sole custody of daughter Dream, and visitation only for Chyna, 29.
"He's sick of her flaunting her assets all over social media. Rob's concerned how her misbehaving will affect their daughter, and what kind of people she's exposing her to," said the source.
And after their most recent breakup and his subsequent meltdown, friends say Kardashian is at his lowest point ever.
"It's finally hit him that they have no future together, and he's freaking out about being permanently estranged from his daughter."
