O.J.'s Killer Confession Book Up For Auction On Heels Of Parole Hearing

Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

An original O.J. Simpson: If I Did It, Here's How It Happened book, written by OJ Simpson in 2006, is up for auction a week following his parole hearing, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.

As RadarOnline.com reported, Simpson shocked the nation when he was acquitted of the murders of his ex-wife, Nichole Brown and her friend Ron Goldman in 1995.

Simpson again made headlines in 2006 after he announced his intention to publish the controversial book, providing a hypothetical account of Brown and Goldman's murder.

The plan created outrage from those sickened by the idea Simpson could possibly profit from the project, and the the plan was scrapped.

Simpson was then sentenced to 33 years in prison for armed robbery in 2007. That same year, a Florida bankruptcy court granted the book's rights to the Goldman family, who promptly changed the title to If I Did It:Confessions of the Killer.

In addition to Simpson's words, the book includes commentary from the Goldman family on their reasoning to go through with its publication.
