Down But Not Out! Blac Vows To 'Fight Back' Against Rob After Major Legal Loss

Blac Chyna lost the latest round of her court battle with Rob Kardashian but she was ready to “fight back,” RadarOnline.com exclusively learned.

Kardashian’s 29-year-old baby mama was dealt a swift blow in court on Thursday, but sources close to Chyna told RadarOnline.com that she was prepared to amend her lawsuit to make sure that her baby daddy and his family didn’t get away with trying to destroy her life.

“Chyna lost today,” a source close to Chyna told RadarOnline.com. “But it is a temporary situation. Chyna is going to fight back. She is going to go back and try again and try and convince the judge of his error.”

Chyna and Kardashian were locked in a nasty lawsuit clash where she claimed his mother, Kris Jenner, and sister, Kim Kardashian, concocted a scheme to get her Rob & Chyna season 2 contract revoked.

However, the judge indicated that he would be removing Kris and Kim from the lawsuit, forcing her to change her tactic in the legal battle.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Kardashian and his family members asked for a jury trial but indicated that they would be willing to continue mediation with Chyna.

The former stripper vowed to “go back and try again,” the source told RadarOnline.com. “Chyna is going to fight back against this and fight against this judge."
