"Mama June" Shannon's body transformation continues! The Here Comes Honey Boo Boo star underwent gastric sleeve surgery last spring, and now RadarOnline.com can reveal she's finally had her excess skin removed too.

"I got the gastric sleeve & skin removal surgery!" she confirmed to RadarOnline.com exclusively.

As for the old sketti and cheese puffs diet- that's gone too. "I haven't ate a lot of pasta sic, no fried foods and baked goods stuff like that," she told RadarOnline.com. "I'm not perfect, but I do give it my 100 percent. Trust me, I'm not eating salads all the time! We do live in the South!"

All told, June says she's cut her size in HALF!

"I've lost at least half of my body," she bragged. "People said yeah that I look good, so I took it to the extreme like everything else."

In fact, the rest of the family has been shedding right alongside her.

"The girls have lost a bit of weight too," Shannon said.

Fans will watch her dramatic transformation on her new show 'Mama June: From Not To Hot' on WeTV, when it premieres on February 24 at 10 pm.

She told RadarOnline.com, "It hasn't changed my life dramatically. The only difference is that people are able to see the way I look now. Before, I used to be told you couldn't tell when I lost weight. But now I know I'm the sh*t  and you cant tell me nothing!"
