Since checking out of rehab just two weeks ago, Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer reunited with her three daughters, revved up her romance with much older personal trainer T.R. Dues and even threw a pool party.

But now RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal that the fragile two-time divorcee, 23, is taking on an even bigger responsibility: caring for her 32-year-old boyfriend’s two young sons.

Messer, who already has 5-year-old twins Ali and Aleeah with ex-husband Corey Simms, and 2-year-old daughter Adalynn with ex-husband #2 Jeremy Calvert, will play mom to Dues’ sons Tyshawn, 8, and Angelo, 4, while his baby mama, Mandy Winnell, undergoes medical treatment, sources tell RadarOnline.com.

“Mandy is dealing with health issues, so T.R. and Leah are going to be taking the boys for the near future,” an insider explains.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Messer and Winnell, 28, were planning to meet up to get to know each other now that the MTV star is hanging around the West Virginia waitress’s children.

Unfortunately, the source adds, the plans have been postponed in light of Winnell’s illness.

The pressure of parenting five children under 8 could prove too much for the troubled star, who spent 30-days inpatient for what RadarOnline.com has exposed is a substance abuse problem.

Before treatment, Messer was “emotionally disturbed,” a source told RadarOnline.com last month.

She would often be sobbing in a state of panic,” the source adds.

Is Leah taking on too much? Sound off in the comments.
