As Lamar Odom continues to cling to life in a Las Vegas hospital, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that the most recent tragic death of the former NBA star's friend, Bobby Heyward, officially has been ruled a drug overdose by the Los Angeles Coroner.
The newly released Los Angeles Coroner's report states that Heyward, whose body was found in his Los Angeles home on June 20 died from the "effects of multiple drugs." The coroner's reports also states that the death is rules as an "accident." Coroner Ed Winter confirmed the ruling to RadarOnline.com.
Just prior to his death at the age of 30, Heyward posted a photo on his Instagram as a tribute to his dead friend Sangouthai, not knowing that it would be his last Instagram post.

In the eerie caption, Hayward wrote, "#RIP To my big brother Jamie who always brought light into any room he walked into and laughter as well at all times J you will always be missed. Family for life. #BandOfBrothers #tbt."
As RadarOnline.com previously reported just after Heyward's death, those close to Odom were urging him to get into rehab -- over fears that the recent string of deaths would push him over the edge.
Although Odom's health condition appears dire after he was found unresponsive Tuesday at Dennis Hof's Love Ranch in Crystal, Nevada, his father Joe, as well as ex-wife Khloe Kardashian, sister Kim and mother Kris Jenner all rushed to the hospital to be by his side.
According to multiple reports, there were numerous drugs found in Odom's system when his body was discovered.
Story developing.
