Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann won’t be Tardy for their court date, as RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal that a judge gave them over a month to prepare for their legal showdown!
The reality stars are set to appear in a Fulton County, Ga. magistrate court on July 31 for mediation with their holiday decorator, according to a court docket obtained by RadarOnline.com.
Zolciak, 39, and Biermann, 31, were sued by Seasonal Designs, LCC in March after they failed to pay their $6,000 invoice from December. Their decorator claimed they “refused” to pay for their Christmas ornaments even though they featured the designs on “television shows and other media.”
Biermann was served in the matter just weeks after their 4-year-old son Kash was brutally attacked by a dog.
The couple responded by filing their own papers asking for the court to dismiss the case, but they have been unsuccessful.
The RHOA star was previously sued for failing to pay her party planner after Brielle’s 11th birthday party, but the case was dismissed and settled out of court.
She was also sued for allegedly stiffing a babysitter and a housekeeper.
