That was fast! Just days after Kim Richards checked into rehab in Malibu, RadarOnline.com has learned she's already throwing diva fits and threatening to leave.

According to an insider, "Kim's detox was extremely brutal, and she kept saying she wanted to leave."

What's more, the source said, she still isn't taking responsibility for her recent downward spiral.

"Kim is blaming Dr. Phil for ambushing her during the taping," the source said. "With her kids there, Kim felt increased pressure to go. She is blaming everyone and anyone for the current situation, including her arrest and rehab stay."

Meanwhile, "The Dr. Phil show is indeed paying for , because Kim doesn't even have health insurance, yet," the source said. But despite her freeloader status, the source said, "Kim demanded a private room, claiming she was a celebrity. She refused to even consider having a roommate."

During the tense taping, Richards finally admitted to falling off the wagon before her shocking drunken arrest, though she copped to stumbling only very recently. Richards' sister, Kathy Hilton, was coaching her during filming breaks, as RadarOnline.com reported.

And when Richards stormed off the set during the TV doc's no-holds-barred questioning, it was Hilton who brought her back, a source said.

"Kathy talked Kim down, and got her to return and finish," the insider claimed. "She was definitely acting as Kim's protector. She wanted to make sure she was being looked after."
