Kim Richards' Manager Slams Lawsuit Over Pitbull Attack — There Was No Conspiracy

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kim Richards's manager is firing back at allegations he aided in a conspiracy to cover up a vicious attack by her pitbull.
Paige Elisabeth Sanderson, a stylist, sued the reality star, her business manager/lawyer Michael London and sister Kyle Richards, over claims that they delayed her from receiving medical treatment because they feared a PR backlash from the incident. Now, London is fighting back, demanding the lawsuit be dropped.
Sanderson claimed Kyle invited her to Kim's home back in April to style Kim for a promotional event.
While at the home, Sanderson said she opened a door to a room and Kim's dog Kingsley ran out. Sanderson said she feared for her safety, since the dog previously attacked two other people, including Kyle's daughter. So, she said, she locked herself in a bathroom.
According to Sanderson, Kim assured her the dog wouldn't bite her and told her to come back into the bedroom. Once she opened the door, however, Sanderson says Kinsley attacked her and bit her lower abdomen and groin area. The woman claimed she went into shock and was bleeding profusely.
Sanderson says she pleaded for Kim to call 911, but the reality star refused to call for help, saying it would add to the negative publicity the two other attacks had caused her.

The lawsuit claims Kim said she would only call for help if Sanderson agreed to say the attack was by a stray dog, and not Kingsley. The reality star delayed getting her medical attention and instead called her business manager and lawyer Michael London, who then drove her to the hospital, says Sanderson.
She claims Kim promised to pay her medical bills if she stayed with the fake story.
While at the hospital, Sanderson claims London filled out her medical forms and stated in the documents that a stray dog attacked her, and that he even told hospital staff the story.
She filed suit demanding damages for assault and battery along with emotional distress.
However, Kim's business manager Michael London has blasted the claims.
In the documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, London claims he only tried to help Sanderson out after the alleged attack.
The manager claims he was not a witness to the attack and even if he was present, he has no duty to protect the woman or be found liable if she was injured.
He claims that all of his actions were "in good faith and with genuine concern," for Sanderson's "well-being and not intended to harm" her.
He also claims in the documents that he "was not informed of, aware of, or having actual knowledge of the conspiracy as alleged," by Sanderson.
Kim's manager is demanding the entire lawsuit be thrown out and the woman not be awarded a dime.
