Kim Kardashian's Paris nightmare could have been prevented! That's the heartbreaking fear of Kris Jenner, insiders told RadarOnline.com, who is now wracked with guilt after she cut Kardashian's security not long before the terror unfolded.

According to the source, Jenner, "cut the amount of security down" in Paris at the beginning of last week — not only for herself and her 35-year-old cash cow daughter, Kim, but also on daughters Kourtney, 37, and Kendall, 20.

As RadarOnline.com reported, robbers struck Sunday night, breaking into Kardashian's luxe Paris apartment. Meanwhile, the family's main bodyguard, Pascal Duvier, had been ordered by Jenner to watch after daughters Kourtney and Kendall as they hit the Paris nightlife.

"Kris can be cheap when it comes to their bodyguards and security team," said a source, pointing out that Jenner's personal security guard is ALSO her much-younger boytoy, Corey Gamble!
