Kim Kardashian returned to social media only days after welcoming her newborn daughter via surrogate despite taking a break from the spotlight after the birth of North and Saint. RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal Kardashian "acting completely different" with Chicago is causing tension with her husband Kanye West and her family!

“Kanye and Kim's sisters think she is acting completely different with Chicago than she did with her past kids,” the source close to the famous family told Radar. “It is creating a lot of arguments for Kanye. He just doesn't think that she's into it.”

To make matters worse, Kardashian is hoping to welcome a fourth child to join North, 4, Saint, 2, and Chicago, one month, via surrogate!

“He is furious that she wants to use a surrogate for another because she doesn't even seem to recognize the fact that she just had a baby,” the insider said. “She is acting like she did before she had kids.”

The insider added, “It is really starting to put everyone in her family off!

Kardashian was unable to carry her third child because her preeclampsia and placenta accreta put her at high-risk.

As Radar previously reported, Kardashian posting a series of naked photos only days after Chicago’s birth caused issues in her marriage.

“She just can’t quit with her selfie and body obsession – and it’s pushing Kanye away once more,” the source told Radar. "He thought she’s calmed down when the new baby came, but it’s actually gotten worse.”
