Khloe 'In Tears' After Lamar Insists 'He'll Die If She Leaves Him'

Disgraced basketball star Lamar Odom is "not playing fair" with his ex Khloe Kardashian — but she's over his antics and finally moving on for good with her new man, Tristan Thompson.

"He's really acting the victim with her, blaming their split on all his problems," says an insider. "Khloe rarely gets off the phone from him without being in tears."

"Lamar's even told her he'll die if she leaves him, which is horrible for her to hear," continued the insider. "She's done so much for him and then some, but it's never enough – and the fact he persists with his partying," including at a Queens, N.Y., strip club in August, "has left her with no choice."

As RadarOnline.com reported, after calling off her divorce following Odom's near-fatal overdose at a Nevada brothel last fall, Kardashian, 32, suffered through a string of failed relationships before she went public with her latest crush, 25-year-old Cleveland Cavaliers basketball player Thompson.

The news has left Odom, 36, upset and reaching out — and Kardashian torn.

"Everyone's telling Khloe to block Lamar's number, but she says she can't do that to him because if something happened, she'd never forgive herself," explained the insider.

The solution? "She just can't keep taking responsibility for his problems," insisted the source.
