Katy Perry Desperate To End Taylor Swift Feud: 'I Love Her'

Katy Perry wants to wash her hands clean of her feud with Taylor Swift, RadarOnline.com has learned.

The 32-year-old pop star sat down with Ariana Huffington on Saturday night to reveal it was finally time "to let it go."

"I forgive her and I'm sorry for anything I ever did, and I hope the same from her," Perry said during the Thrive Global podcast. "I think it's actually like, I think it's time. There are bigger fish to fry, and there are real problems in the world. You know what I'm saying? And I love her, and I want the best for her."

Perry's forgiveness confession comes just one day after she released her new album Witness on Spotify, to which Swift quickly re-released her music after ripping it off the platform in 2014 over unfair payouts for streaming.

"Like maybe I don't agree with everything she does and she doesn't agree with everything I do, but I just really truly want to come together in a place of love and forgiveness and understanding and compassion," Perry went on.

The "Chained To The Rhythm" singer's decision to forgive the 27-year-old pop princess comes at a rather bizarre time, especially since she was caught just last week dissing Swift in another interview.

"I'm not Buddha — things irritate me," she told NME. "I wish that I could turn the other cheek every single time, but I'm also not a pushover, you know? Especially when someone tries to assinate my character with little girls. That's so messed up!"

As RadarOnline.com reported, the bitter duo's feud all started after the "Shake It Off" singer revealed to Rolling Stone in 2014 that another singer tried to sabtage her tour.
